● Built by a vet student, for vet students

Your clinical experiences,
all in one place.

Log a case once. RoundsXP turns it into your skills tracking, portfolio, study material, and clinical record - while helping your school understand how students are progressing.

Every case you log becomes a portfolio entry, a study opportunity, and proof of how far you've come.

The core idea

One case. Everything updates.

One clinical record branches into everything a student and school need.

Clinical documentation shouldn't be something you do twice.

Most tools exist for the school's benefit - separate forms, separate logs, separate reporting. RoundsXP starts from the opposite direction: the student logs it once, gets real value back immediately, and the school gets what it needs from that same record.

For students

Everything grows from one log

Swipe through the features, each powered by the same clinical record.

For schools

Students log once. Your school gets the reporting.

RoundsXP cuts out the double-entry busywork. Students log cases naturally on their phone, and our AI parser instantly translates notes into structured tracking data. You never have to duplicate student workflows; raw dictation automatically powers pristine school telemetry.

  • Instant AI-powered parsing: Raw notes, dictations, and case details are categorized, sorted by species, and tagged instantly without manual data entry.
  • Zero double-entry friction: Students never fill out a second form for the school. Their everyday mobile logs power your reporting natively.
  • Effortless data visibility: Instead of digging through raw student journals, you get gorgeous, easy-to-read audit matrices, species polygons, and cohort heatmaps.
  • Flexible curriculum builder: Easily build, edit, and adjust your school's custom quotas, rotation rules, and competency schemas on the fly.
  • Custom & uploadable rubrics: Drop in any existing PDF or DOCX evaluation sheet to convert it instantly, or build bespoke grading criteria from scratch.
  • Built-in EPAs & Oriel scales: Seamlessly map core Entrustable Professional Activities and 1–5 supervision tiers directly to any rotation.
Founder story

Built by the person living the problem

Tina, founder of RoundsXP

Veterinary school is about more than the cases we see - it’s the people we go through it with. Once clinical rotations start, everyone gets scattered across different hospitals and specialties, and it becomes harder to see what your classmates are learning and experiencing.

I built RoundsXP to give us a place to stay connected, see each other grow into doctors, and eventually see where those doctors go in their careers. It’s a record of what we’ve done, but also a way to keep watching each other grow.

- Tina, DVM Candidate, Virginia–Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2028
Long-term vision

It shouldn't end at graduation.

RoundsXP starts as a veterinary student's clinical record - but it doesn't have to stop being useful the day school ends. The goal is for students to look back and see what they experienced, what skills they built, and how they grew - and to stay connected to the classmates who grew alongside them.

The experiences are worth keeping. So is the community that came with them.

Where RoundsXP fits

RoundsXP isn't the only clinical tracking tool. Institutional platforms like One45, Exxat, and Vetbox already handle competency tracking and clinical education management for schools, and individual case-log apps exist for students.

The difference: the person entering the data has to get value from the data too.

Schools need competency information. Students are the ones creating it. RoundsXP makes that same clinical record immediately useful to the student - and the school benefits from the same underlying data, without asking students to document twice.

One clinical record.
Everything else follows.

Free for students. Built for schools. Growing one rotation at a time.
